Annual Report 2019-2020

I was tasked with designing the layout of this year’s Annual Report, with 12 pages of material in total. The content of the report included everything from this fiscal year lists of annual givers, events and fundraisers, all the way to the farewell letter from their beloved executive director, Cary Worthy, who will be retiring in January 2021. I also created custom info-graphics to showcase their annual budget and their social media statistics. It took 2 weeks to finish, making it my most intensive project, and the final product was printed and mailed out to their nearly 600 annual givers.

Sheets were printed on 8.5”x14” sheets of paper so the final folded product measured 8.5”x7”.

Public Sculpture Guide 2020

The 2020 Public Sculpture Guide is a slight alteration to the typical Public Art Guide published by the Alamance Arts Council. As the public art continues to grow with new additions like murals and other exhibitions around the community, to the point that it all would not fit on one brochure, so we made the decision to limit the brochure strictly to sculptures that the Arts Council had a hand in selling or donating. The Brochure contains 36 pieces from 14 different local artists, organized by where they can be found in Alamance County. The final brochure is on display and can be picked up in the gallery at the Captain White House in Graham, NC.

The sheet was printed on 11”x17” paper and is folded into thirds so that when folded it measures 11”x5.6”.

Arty the Mouse Brochure

The Arty the Mouse Brochure has always been a staple of the ways in which the Alamance Arts council interacts with community members of all ages. There are little bronze statues of Arty at 11 different landmarks around Graham, NC that serve as a scavenger hunt for families with children, while also including different historical facts about the landmarks. I created original illustrations of all of the landmarks to go with each of the historical facts, and a designed a map to follow all around Graham. The final brochure is on display and can be picked up in the gallery at the Captain White House in Graham, NC.

The sheets were printed on 8.5”x14” paper folded into thirds, so the final product when folded is 8.5”x4.6”.
